HRHF organised a study visit to the Council of Europe (CoE) in Strasbourg from 9-13 October 2023 for several human rights defenders. During the visit, participants learned practical advocacy skills and increased their knowledge advocacy at the CoE.

The study visit was organised as part of HRHF’s “Advocacy Capacity Building Programme” organised by Human Rights House Foundation and co-funded by the European Union. The participants represented human rights and civil society organisations of the Network of Human Rights Houses from 8 countries.
